"We are responsible for a sustainable tomorrow" is not only our Amgen Breda sustainability slogan, it is also integrated into our company culture. At Amgen Breda, we combine a top-down approach with a bottom-up method to promote sustainability. One of the examples in which we stimulate employee involvement is a special section of our sustainability intranet page where our employees can leave their sustainability (improvement) idea behind. Employees that find their idea to be implemented will be rewarded with a #HealthyBravo, an incentive as thank you for contributing to a sustainable tomorrow.
