At Amgen, our mission is clear: to serve patients. We advance that mission by creating a high-performing culture that enables us to attract, retain and develop the best talent worldwide. When our people feel connected, supported and empowered to contribute their best, we are better able to ask bold questions, solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful therapies for people living with serious illness.

Our commitment to equal opportunity, fostering connection and valuing the power of all perspectives is foundational to who we are and how we operate. We strive to create an employee experience where people can grow, contribute, feel a sense of belonging, and reach their full potential through access to mentorship, sponsorship and meaningful development opportunities.

When our people thrive, Amgen is stronger. That is why we cultivate a culture in which leaders and employees share responsibility for shaping a high-impact and inspiring work environment, helping advance life changing breakthroughs and bringing innovative medicines to patients around the world.
