Our product portfolio encompasses the following therapeutic areas: oncology, kidney diseases, hematology, bone diseases, cardiovascular diseases and inflammatory diseases

Oncology and hematology
  • Particular types of cancer involving tumor formation, such as breast cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer
  • Hematological types of cancer (cancers of particular blood cells) such as Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and Multiple Myeloma (MM)
  • Immune Mediated Trombocytopenia (ITP) - a disease whereby the immune system destroys the body’s own platelets
  • A shortage of white or red blood cells due to chemotherapy
Kidney diseases
  • Severe renal failure in the predialysis or dialysis stage
Bone diseases
  • Osteoporosis - in post-menopausal women and also in men
  • Bonecomplications caused by bonelesions or bonemetastases (dissemination of cancer in the bone) in patients with advanced cancer.
Cardiovascular diseases
  • Elevated LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) in patients with a very high risk of cardiovascular diseases, for whom currently available drugs have not yet succeeded in lowering the LDL cholesterol level sufficiently
Inflammatory diseases
  • Rheumatic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis
  • Bowel disorders such as Crohn's disease and Colitis Ulcerosa
  • Skin diseases such as psoriasis
  • Eye diseases such as uveitis
