2care is a service organisation for patients that use Aranesp, Neulasta or Nplate, for physicians who prescribe these products and for nurses that are involved in these prescriptions. The 2care nurses are specialized in injection instructions for patients in order to facilitate self-injection, in administration of injections, and in reconstitution of medication. Besides this, 2care ensures you can start the treatment as soon as possible.

Home delivery of your medication
2care delivers Aranesp and/or Neulasta bij at your home and thereby saves you a visit to the pharmacy. There is no need for you to take any action; 2care will contact you to make an appointment for the delivery date.
Injection service at your home
2care arranges the injection service at your home. The 2care nurse helps to inject your medication. Especially the first time. The 2care nurse will contact you to discuss the possibilities for an injection instruction of home injections. You will receive the support most suitable for you. At your own home, so you don’t have to visit the hospital or your doctor to receive your injection. This gives you more freedom, there is no need to depend on other people. You decide where and when you inject your medication.
2care will contact you as soon as possible
Because your physician has chosen the 2care service, the 2care organization will contact you as soon as possible. 2care will send you a confirmation letter and afterwards one of the 2care employees will contact you by phone. He or she schedules an appointment with you: for the delivery of the medication to your home, for the injection service, for additional information regarding Aranesp/Neulasta and for advice on storage of your medication.

Health insurer authorization is applied for
When your doctor prescribes you Aranesp, it is likely that an authorization should be applied for at your health insurance agency. 2care will arrange this for you, there is no need for you to take any action. The average time for a health insurer to process an authorization is two to three weeks. Possibly the health insurance agency will contact you directly when the authorization is processed. In this case we ask you to contact 2care.
