General Business Conduct

In conducting business on the Company’s behalf, there are certain general principles that each Amgen staff member should follow. Underlying all of these principles is Amgen’s basic policy of continually striving to do the right thing. In addition, there are several areas that raise specific legal concerns. Scrupulous attention should be paid to compliance with all laws and policies in these areas, as well as any other applicable laws and policies that relate to how Amgen conducts its business.
